About the Arborist

Aaron grew up in Vermont with a love of the outdoors and an appreciation for the forest & trees. After earning his Associates Degree in Urban Tree Management he went to work climbing trees and soon found an interest in Plant Health Care. After a few short years in the tree care industry, he felt there was more to understand and returned to school to earn his Bachelor of Science in Forest Biology. 

Aaron has spent his 32-year career in the tree care industry, always looking to improve his skills as an arborist.

- Aaron spent 2 months in Paradise, California in 2018/2019 and Grizzley Flats. California in 2022, helping with Tree Risk Assessments and Hazard Tree Identification after the wildfires, to better understand the effects of fire on trees

Aaron became an ISA Certified arborist in 1996 and elevated his certification to Board Certified Master Arborist in 2005.

Aaron successfully completed the American Society of Consulting Arborist (ASCA) Academy in 2007 and successfully passed the Registered Consulting Arborist (RCA) requirements in the fall of 2018.

Having spent the majority of his career in New England, Aaron has successfully passed the  Massachusetts Arborist  Certification, Connecticut Arborist License, and the Rhode Island Arborist Certification. He has held pesticide licenses in Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York and Maine, and currently maintains his Minnesota Pesticide License where he works.
